Tami P- ​Human Resource/Operations

Tamara (Tami) Phelps is one of the Administrative Managers at Spokane Cleaning Service.  Point of focus is HR and CSR.  She has been with the company since 2003. With a strong background in customer relations and resolution, her positions not only entails office work but also going out in the field and interacting with both clients and employees.  Quality control is a focal point.  Ensuring client satisfaction and positive, employee production.  

Tami started her career as a cleaning technician servicing residential and commercial clients.  Soon this expanded to management.  Training new hires, scheduling / dispatch, accounts receivable / payable, customer service, carpet cleaning, and post construction clean up are a few other notches in her belt.  

Sarah P- Supervisor

​Sarah started with the company in 2017, she works as a field/office supervisor, in the field she teaches and trains new cleaning techs and in the office she manages facets of daily operations.


Sam H- Accounts Manager/Operations

​Samantha has been with Spokane Cleaning Service since 2012. She is in charge of accounts payable/receivable but also has the duty of overseeing the day to day operations of the office along side Tami.  Sam came to work for us after spending 4 years at Big R where she had several different job titles including but not limited to; lead cashier, backup book keeper, and shipping and receiving manager. Sam lives with her husband and their 3 dogs. Together they enjoy various types of outdoor activities including dirt bike riding and camping.  Her goal for Spokane Cleaning Service is to provide exceptional customer service to our clients, provide the best possible work environment to our employees and continue to grow as a company.
